Local health clinic extends hours

People will now have more time to access the Grande Prairie Public Health Clinic.

Starting November 5th, the clinic will be open from 8:30 to 4:30 four days a week and stay open later on Thursdays. It will also now be open on Saturdays. The new clinic hours are listed below:

Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Thursday: 8:30 am to 7:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am to 4 pm
Sunday: Closed

Alberta Health Services officials say the changes will allow the clinic to offer patients 12 more appointment slots Monday through Thursday.
