A free information session aimed at helping locals living with cancer can soon be viewed in Grande Prairie. The event called Living Your Best Life With and Beyond Cancer will be live streamed at the Grande Prairie Cancer Centre on October 26.
Topics will include things like healthy eating and exercise, psychology and long-term effects of the disease. Families and friends of cancer patients and survivors are also welcome to attend.
The event will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. People are required to register in advance. They can do so by visiting Alberta Health Services’ website or by calling 1-855-258-9963.
