Alberta Health Services is starting a series of workshops in Grande Prairie, Valleyview, and Fairview to help promote and provide education on healthy living.
The workshops will cover a range of topics such as managing weight, pain, diabetes, and chronic disease.
They will be led by nurses and dietitians.
