Liquor store robberies suspect nabbed for aggravated assault

A 23 year old man allegedly involved in a number of robberies this summer has finally been arrested.

Peace Regional RCMP says Jodi Bork stole alcohol from the McNamera Hotel in Peace River on July 26th and from the Grimshaw Hotel liquor store and Sawridge liquor store on August 27th.

They were able to catch him on September 20th after an aggravated assault at a home on Duncan’s First Nation in which the victim sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Bork is now facing charges stemming from the assault.
