A rainfall warning is currently in effect for the Alberta Peace Region.
Heavy rainfall is expected to start in the Grande Cache and Whitecourt area tonight, moving to Grande Prairie and Slave Lake overnight.
50 to 60 millimetres are expected by Friday, which could be even higher in the upper Grande Cache region.
Watch out for water pooling on roads, and possible washouts near rivers and creeks.
