Alberta Culture Days returns to communities around the province this weekend.
In Grande Prairie there are 15 free family friendly events planned, along with 8 exhibitions.
Centre for Creative Arts Executive Director Candace Hook says it’s kind of like a city wide trade show on arts and culture.
“Every cultural facility in Grande Prairie has something on this weekend in celebration of Culture Days. It’s a great way for us to combine our efforts and really spread the word about the things that we do all year, and give everybody an opportunity to try them out for free this weekend and see what they are interested in.”
Events planned include a writing workshop, a collage party, music in the library, and of course the wearable fashion show.

Culture days run Friday morning through to Sunday evening.
