Grande Prairie RCMP has released surveillance footage of a sexual assault suspect in the hopes someone recognizes him. The man is accused of following a woman from a local Mac’s Convenience Store into Muskoseepi Park on July 26th.
The victim says that’s where he started to touch her inappropriately around 2 a.m. The suspect reportedly ran off when police got there.
The area was contained with the help of Police Dog Services, but mounties weren’t able to find the man. However, they recently got the surveillance footage.
The suspect is described as having a dark complexion, a medium build, and black and brown hair. He was wearing a grey flat brim ballcap, black pants, and a black jacket.
