Work has begun on Township Road 713 in Wembley’s Aspen Ridge subdivision.
Wapiti Gravel Suppliers has begun overlaying a section of road, which will mean traffic delays until late September.
In the meantime, it’s down to a single, alternating lane, with a reduced speed controlled by signs and flaggers.
The project is costing the County of Grande Prairie $410,000, and should be done by the end of the month as long as the weather cooperates.
