City updating tax assessment records

Grande Prairie residents may see a photographer in their neighbourhood over the next couple of weeks. The city is updating its photo archive and online records, which is done by canvassing different areas.

“The photos are updated every five years and are important as they create a record of any changes to properties over time,” a release explains.

This year, the neighbourhoods of Pinnacle, Westpointe, Signature Falls, Royal Oaks, Crystal Lake Estates, Coachman Village, and Southview Pointe will be visited. City staff will have ID badges and will travel in a marked City of Grande Prairie vehicle.
