The Grande Prairie County Brewers look to tie up their playoff series against the Rycroft Rage tonight at 7:15 at the County Sportsplex in Grande Prairie.

The Wheatbelt league South Division semi-finals started on August 7 at J.D. Park in Rycroft between the 2016 league champion Brewers and the defending 2017 champions the Rycroft Rage. In their first game, the Rage beat the Brewers 10-1 and had six runs in the sixth inning. The game was led by triples from Kenton White, Khalin Marsolais, Kurt Konopelka, Ryan Vekved, and Kale Helgeson added a double.

The winner of the best of five series will advance to the league finals against the north division winner from the Peace River Stampeders and Manning Mets Series. The Mets currently lead that series by one game.
