Search for missing man near Kinuseo Falls continues

The search for a man believed to have fallen into a river near waterfalls in the B.C. Peace will start back up again Saturday. The 29-year-old from Dawson Creek was camping with friends near Kinuseo Falls in the Tumbler Ridge area when he went missing on June 10, 2018.

His friends believe he fell in the Murray River, and RCMP and Search and Rescue responded with a team trained for water with swift currents. Four jet boats also searched the Murray River, along with an RCMP helicopter and Police Dog Services.

Corporal Madonna Saunderson says authorities will resume their search on June 30th. Anyone with information that could help is asked to contact Tumbler Ridge RCMP.
