Team Cycling Challenge hits the road

Today is the first half of the Team Cycling Challenge, which left Grande Prairie this morning and will be stopping in Whitecourt over night.

Cyclists, who are travelling in teams of 10 or less, are expected to arrive in Edmonton tomorrow just in time for the end of the Tour of Alberta.

Riders will get meet and greets and other VIP experience with the pro-team riders in the capital city.

The 463 kilometer race is also a fundraiser for prostate cancer research.
