RCMP looking for Fas Gas robbery suspect

The Fas Gas on 100 Avenue in Grande Prairie was the subject of an armed robbery late Friday night. RCMP say a man with a gun hit up the convenience store around 11 p.m., demanding money.

The staff were able to get to safety, and the suspect didn’t get any cash. No injuries have been reported.

The suspect left the store on foot heading northwest. Police contained the area and Police Dog Services did a search, but the man wasn’t found.

He’s described as white, with a medium build. He was wearing dark coveralls with fluorescent stripes and the word “Infinity” written on the back, along with white shoes.
