Fire crews were called to a garage fire in the Hillcrest neighborhood.
Multiple trucks responded to the scene. A total of 16 crew members worked to get the fire under control.
The fire is believed to have started in the garage though according to the department the fire did spread into the attic of the house. Grande Prairie Fire says the damage to the home “moderate.”
The fire remains under investigation. No one was injured.
