UPDATE #2: Both lanes have reopened.
UPDATE: RCMP say one south bound lane of Highway 43 at the collision scene is now open for traffic.
RCMP say the southbound lanes of Highway 43 at Highway 947 near Fox Creek are blocked and traffic is expected to be stopped for “the next couple of hours” Tuesday night.
Around 4:30 Tuesday afternoon RCMP were called to the scene of the single vehicle crash. They found a semi on it’s side making both lanes impassible. The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries but no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
RCMP say all factors are being considered and the crash is being investigated.
