The Grande Prairie Storm could wrap up their series with the Sherwood Park Crusaders tonight on the road. Thanks to an overtime win in Sherwood Park Saturday night, the Storm have a 2-1 series lead.

Cruz Cote netted the game winner 1:50 into extra time, giving Grande Prairie a 4-3 victory. Also finding the back of the net were Noah Walters and Edouard Michaud, who scored twice.

Cote also notched an assist on Walters’ goal, but wasn’t named the away star of the game. That honour was given to goalie Ethan Slobodzian, who stopped 39 of 42 shots on net.

Game four goes Sunday night at 7 p.m. in Sherwood Park. If needed, game five will be held back home at Revolution Place Wednesday, March 14th.
