Storm playoff series tied after two games

A flurry of goals in the first period led to an overtime loss for the Storm Thursday. The Sherwood Park Crusaders were in town for the second night in a row after the Storm took game, they returned the favour.

Christopher Lanouette netted the first goal just over four minutes in and by the end of the first it was tied at two goals a piece. Periods two and three went by with no goals.

Dylan Stewart got by Storm goalie Ethan Slobodzian in overtime for the game winner. Stewart was also named the away star of the game.

The series is tied at 1-1 with the next game scheduled for Saturday night in Sherwood Park.
