Two men arrested after rural break in

Neighbours working together led to the arrest of two men after a break in at a rural property. On Tuesday RCMP were called to a home in the MD of Greenview after a neighbour spotted the pair allegedly stealing an ATV.

RCMP say the suspects took off on the ATV which then got stuck in a field forcing them to flee on foot. Officers credit the residents in the area for working together to help them arrest the men. They helped police with information about access points to certain properties and also by reporting sightings of the duo.

A 28 year-old and 32 year-old are both facing multiple charges including breaking and entering, flight from police and possession of stolen property.

While the RCMP would like to remind the public to keep their distance from offenders they are thankful for the residents help and quick resolution of this incident.
