Grande Prairie RCMP are looking for a stabbing suspect. Some time between midnight and 1 a.m. Wednesday morning, two men were reportedly having a conversation in an alley near Ranchlands on Prairie Road when it turned into a physical fight.
One man was stabbed in the abdomen. The 28 year old was treated in hospital and has since been released.
The suspect is described as white, between 5’9″ and 5’10 and may have had a beard. He was wearing a grey jacket and a black backpack.
Anyone who could identify him or who has information on the assault is asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
