Grande Prairie RCMP have charged a Nova Scotia man with sexual assault offences. Police say the allegations of sexual assault and aggravated sexual assault stem from a complaint made on Sunday, January 21st.
39 year old Joshua Higgins has been taken into custody with a date set for January 24th in Grande Prairie Provincial Court. No further information has been released.
