Man community rallied around passes away

The man who wanted to remarry his wife in a winter wonderland has passed away. The Grande Prairie Farmers Market threw the winter wonderland wedding but the joyous occasion was tinged with sadness. The market pulled it all together for one of their vendors Kelly and her husband Daniel who was battling terminal cancer.

He said it was his last wish to remarry Kelly in a building full of Christmas trees. The market worked with many volunteers who donated decorations and their time to make it all happen.

In a Facebook post the market says after 70 love filled days Daniel passed away on Christmas morning.
