Update: RCMP say Sierra McDonald has been located safe and unharmed.
RCMP say they are looking for 15 year-old Sierra McDonald. She was reported missing Saturday after last being seen leaving her residence in Wembley on Friday.
Sierra is described as Caucasian, with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 4 inches and weighing 110 pounds. RCMP note she has a nose piercing and multiple ear piercings.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
