Males facing accessory after the fact charges identified

Grande Prairie RCMP have identified the four men who are charged in connection to the death of Hannah Sutton. 18 year-old Darian Chonkolay, 20 year-old Austin Haynes, 21 year-old David Comber and a 17-year-old youth, who cannot be named under have all been charged with one count of accessory after the fact to murder. RCMP say all four have been taken in to custody and are scheduled to appear in court January 4, 2018.

Sutton’s body was discovered Saturday morning in an apartment suite in the area of 94 Avenue and 100 Street. An autopsy completed by the Medical Examiners Office in Edmonton confirmed she died of a gun shot wound.

19 year-old Justice Watt-Blais is facing one count of second degree murder and is expected in a Grande Prairie court January 3, 2018.
