The RCMP Major Crimes Unit has been called in to help Grande Prairie RCMP investigate the death of a female on December 16th but have released no other details. Her age and the nature of her death have not been confirmed.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing and no other details will be released at this time. Anyone who could have information about the death is asked to contact the local detachment or Crime Stoppers.
