A man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for a kidnapping incident in Fox Creek has been arrested in Nanaimo, B.C.
Someone saw him while on a B.C. ferry from Vancouver and called RCMP.
49 year old David James Rogerson is facing charges that include kidnapping with a firearm and unlawful confinement after allegedly abducting a woman he’d had business dealings with Monday afternoon.
He was taken into police custody late Wednesday evening and has not yet had a bail hearing.
