Stompede chuckwagon tarp auctions kicked off last night with the All Pro circuit.

A total of $73,000 was brought in last night, which is just slightly below last year’s figures.

The average amount per chuckwagon was just under $2,300, with Gary Salmond bringing in the most at $4,500 for his chuckwagon.

Teepee Creek also had their tarp auction for the All Pro circuit last night, bringing in over $41,000.

The World Professional Chuckwagons will have their tarp auction for Stompede on April 8th, while the Western Chuckwagons auction goes April 11th at the Pomeroy Hotel.
