The body of the missing 19 year old in Whitecourt has been found.
He was located by police and volunteer searchers and divers in a pond in Rotary Park.
He had been missing since Tuesday afternoon and had last been seen in that area, which is frequented by swimmers but not an official swimming area.
His family has expressed their thanks to those involved in the search, but his identity has not been released.
The circumstances of his death are under investigation.
Rotary Park  well remain closed until tomorrow.
