The Evacuation Order and State of Local Emergency for the MD of Greenview will be lifted at 6 p.m. tonight thanks to a large amount of recent rainfall.
Two Lakes Road will also be reopened, but visibility may still be low due to wildfires still in the region.
However, at the same time, a flood advisory is now in effect, as the MD is expecting 90 millimetres of rain overnight.
While it’s unknown what rivers will be impacted, residents are asked to be cautious around water bodies, and watch out for overland flooding and changing water levels.
