As long as the weather cooperates, 102nd Street downtown should reopen Friday. The stretch from 100th Avenue to 102nd been closed so crews can replace the storm, sanitary and water lines, but work was delayed by rain last week.
A detour is still available on 102nd Avenue. The city says construction is almost done, and thanks drivers for their patience.
