Teens charged after Peace Fest equipment damaged

Two teenagers have been charged after equipment used at Peace Fest in Peace River was damaged overnight on July 15th.

After the event, a telescoping boom truck was used to knock over a bobcat skidsteer still being used to clean up.

19 year old Traymin Harvey and 18 year old Riley Crosby have been charged with mischief to property over $5,000.

Harvey is facing an additional charge of impaired driving for allegedly having driven the boom truck while intoxicated.

They’ll appear in Peace River court on August 25th.
