Eric Rever continues WCA reign

Eric Rever continues to dominate this year’s Western Chuckwagon Association standings. The Manning driver took the top spot at Grimshaw’s North Peace Stampede over the long weekend, further extending his lead.

He now has 352 points, followed by Grande Prairie’s Lane Kimble in second with 291. Rever has won four of seven stops so far on the W-C-A tour, with only the Dawson Creek Exhibition remaining. The stampede goes August 9th to 13th.

In the World Professional Chuckwagon Association this past week, Gary Gorst was the champion of the Strathmore Stampede for the second year in a row.
