Grande Prairie Realtor had their best June ever this year, selling 326 homes in the area.
On a year-to-date basis, home sales in the region are 21 per cent ahead of the first half of 2013, and Realtors are on track for a record year in 2014.
The average home price in June was nearly $325,715, up 8 per cent from that time last year.
