Police looking for suspicious man asking about loud dog

Grande Prairie RCMP is looking to identify a man with a catch pole asking about a loud dog.

On July 8th, a woman was approached by the man, who asked if he could look around her home in the area of 95th Street and 79th Avenue.

She declined and he left, but police are suspicious as the way he acted would lead others to believe he’s associated with the SPCA or city or law enforcement.

The man is described as 6 feet tall, 180 lb.s, with light blonde wavy hair and a slender build.

Anyone who’s had a similar encounter is asked to contact police of Crime Stoppers.
