Les Rever was the big winner on the track in Rycroft over the weekend. The Manning-born chuckwagon driver took the aggregate at Western Chuckwagon Association Race the 8, for his team’s first ever show win.
He took home the $500 dash purse after three days of racing. The first night had to be called off due to unsafe track conditions.
The win puts him in seventh place in the WCA standings, with Les’ brother Eric Rever still in the top spot with 200 points. The tour will be at the Teepee Creek Stampede this weekend.
