Township Road 710 re-paving to start Monday

The road west of the Correction Line is getting repaved. Starting Monday, crews will be removing the existing pavement of Township Road 710 from Highway 40 west to Range Road 65. By the time work is done in late July, a new layer of asphalt will be laid over it.

In the meantime, the County of Grande Prairie says there could be traffic delays. The speed limit in the area will be reduced, and the area could go down to a single, alternating lane.

Drivers are asked to use extreme caution when heading through the area, and to give themselves extra travel time.
