A house fire in Clairmont is now under investigation by the RCMP. Mounties were on patrol in the hamlet around 12:30 Thursday morning when they noticed smoke coming from a home.
The fire department was called and they were able to stop the fire from spreading. No one was home at the time and no one was hurt.
Police are asking anyone with information about the blaze to contact the detachment in Grande Prairie or Crime Stoppers. They consider it to be suspicious.
