Fort St. John bouncer facing aggravated assault charge

A doorman at a bar in Fort St. John is facing a charge of aggravated assault after a patron was found unconscious in its parking lot Saturday night.

He was found by police on patrol around 10:30 p.m. and was flown to a Vancouver Hospital where he is now in critical but stable condition.

The 27 year old victim had been kicked out of the pub after an assault, but then another altercation with the staff member occurred.

Anyone who may have seen or recorded the incident is asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
