A Dawson Creek resident is dead following a rollover west of that community on Monday.
Two people were in the vehicle at the time of the incident, which happened on Highway 97, near the intersection with Highway 52.
The driver passed away at the scene, while the passenger was taken to hospital in Dawson Creek and stabilized.
They were then taken to a larger centre for treatment of life threatening injures.
RCMP are still investigating the crash, which they say speed and alcohol may have played a role in.
