June is Parks and Recreation month across the province, and the County of Grande Prairie is celebrating it with an afternoon of activities this Saturday at Bear Lake Campground.
It starts at noon and includes a BBQ lunch, yoga, a scavenger hunt, nature education sessions, and activities for the kids including crafts, games, and a bouncy castle.
The day will be highlighted by the official opening of the campground’s new nautical themed playground.
