More lane closures are coming to the 116th Street construction area. The westbound lane on 100th Avenue is now down to only one lane so crews can do concrete work.
Other lanes could be affected at times and drivers are asked to follow flaggers and traffic signs. Work is expected to be done early next week.
A northbound lane of 116th between 97th Avenue and 100th is also closed until the first week of July, along with the southbound lane from 100th Avenue to 101st. Overnight construction is also underway from 97th Avenue to north of 104th from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
