UPDATE: Constable Kurt Butler says the three people arrested are a father, mother and son. A .17 HMR Bolt-Action Rifle was also found at the scene.
Fairview RCMP have seized 53 marijuana plants from a rural property in Clear Hills County. A search warrant was executed at the alleged grow op on June 10th, and police say the plants were all in various stages of cultivation.
Michael Larka, Merry Larka and Andy Larka of Fairview have all been charged with production of cannabis marijuana and will appear in court on July 12th. RCMP have not commented on how the three are related.
