27 year old Justin Bourque has been charged with three counts of first degree murder, and two counts of attempted murder after the three officers were fatally shot and another two injured last Wednesday, leading to a manhunt that lasted nearly 30 hours.

Seven thousand visitors are expected in Moncton this morning, including Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

The funeral procession is set to begin at 11:45 Atlantic time.
