A 38 year old woman was taken to hospital Tuesday after being hit by a vehicle in Grande Prairie. She was hit at around 4:15 pm while she was crossing the street on April 11th. The 53 year old driver was turning northbound on 98th Street from 100th Avenue when she struck the woman.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
