Safegrowth matching grant deadline approaching

The deadline to get in on the Safe Growth Matching Grants is fast approaching. The city matches up to $2500 to help business, neighbourhood associations and not for profit groups create a safer environment on their property.

Improvements to lights, fencing or locks could be included in the application form. The problem on the property and how a chosen improvement may help fix the problem must be provided as well.

The deadline to apply is March 31st. The city provides the funding twice a year with the next chance to apply by September 30th.
