High Prairie RCMP have tracked down and arrested the third and final suspect in homicide investigation from earlier this month. 24 year old Patrick Letendre of Atikameg was taken into custody on Friday. Police had been looking for him in the Grande Prairie area, but haven’t confirmed where he was found.
Letendre is the third person to be charged with the second degree murder of 32 year old Jeff Gladue. His body was found outside of a home on the Atikameg settlement on January 14th.
40 year old Ivy Laboucan of Atikameg was arrested shortly after, and 21 year old Blake Anderson of Slave Lake was located in Edmonton on the 25th. Laboucan will be back in court on February 27th. Police say they are not looking for any more suspects.
