Crews are out clearing snow around the city. Equipment will be in the Mountview, Montrose, Crystal Heights, Ivy Lake Estates, VLA, Hillside, and Crystal Landing areas. The city goes through neighbourhoods before scheduled garbage day.
County crews are also working at full capacity to clear roads. They are working in Whispering Ridge and Westlake in Clairmont today, as well as Carriage Lane. After clearing main paved roads, other crews will then head to arterial and local gravel roads.
Both municipalities recommend watching for snow removal signs and moving vehicles from off of roads that crews are working on.
