Grande Prairie snow crews hit the streets

With more snow in the forecast for the next few days, city crews are out in full force. Snow clearing crews will be out on the main arterial roads, the collector roads and transit routes first. They will be working around the clock in order to get the job done.

On Thursday, crews will be in the Richmond Industrial park area as well as the Pinnacle Ridge area. There will be crews out in the Crystal Lake, North Ridge, and Royal Oaks areas Friday.

Parking bans on snow routes are in effect between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Anyone who parks on a snow route when the ban is on may get ticketed.
