A Nampa man has been charged after an infant was taken to hospital with several injuries. The 10 week old was admitted in the Edmonton area on November 29th, and the RCMP was called.
As a result of their investigation, 35 year old Ferenc Tamas Zilahy has been charged with one count of aggravated assault. He’s set to appear in court in Peace River on January 23rd.
To protect the child’s identity, their name and the names of their siblings are not being released. The nature of the infant’s injuries has also not been disclosed.
