A passenger plane has landed safely at the Peace River Airport after an engine failure. The pilot of the two-engine King Air was able to turn around and land with one working engine back at the airport shortly after take-off. According to the Town of Peace River, the plane experienced trouble after getting into the air.
The Peace River Fire Department responded at 8:45 am. There were six people on board including the pilot, co-pilot, and four passengers. There were no injuries reported and the investigation into what happened continues.
