Another busy racing season planned for Hythe Motor Speedway

This weekend marks the kickoff to the 2014 racing season at Hythe Motor Speedway. Mini sprints, mini stocks, IMCA Stock cars, legends, and IMCA modifides are all back this season. And President BJ Clark says it is a big year for them.

“We are actually hosting the national qualifier for the Legends series for the second year in a row, we have been awarded the IMCA Super Nationals again, which is one of our biggest races that we host every year on the September long weekend.  And we have our mini nationals, as well we are really excited to announce that we have the Super Trucks coming back.”

Time trials begin at 4pm Saturday and 1pm Sunday, with heats starting right after that. Sunday is fan appreciation day at the racetrack, with half price admission.
